How long we keep information
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, booking and stay records for at least 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations, and website analytics for up to 26 months. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
